Vertical & Horizontal Multistage
Aquanomics offers the Adelino series of vertical and horizontal pumps, which are high-performance and efficient pumps designed for a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, making them suitable for various installation requirements. They are non-self-priming pumps and feature the latest technology for improved performance and reliability.
The Adelino series of vertical and horizontal pumps have a compact design and are equipped with a laser-welded impeller and a balanced cartridge mechanical seal. They also feature CE certification and are manufactured using advanced hydraulic models and processes. The shaft seal is made of a hard alloy and fluoro rubber mechanical seal for enhanced durability. These pumps can deliver a variety of media, ranging from tap water to industrial water, with different flow rates, pressure levels, and temperatures.
- Maximum flow of 170-180 m3/hr, a maximum head of 305m each
- Temperature range of 120oC
- Materials of construction include choices of CI + SS304, complete SS304, and complete SS316.
- The pumps are equipped with IE 2 motors by default, with the option of upgrading to IE 3 and IE 5 motors for even greater energy efficiency.
- They have a protection class of IP 55, an insulation class of F, and can operate in a pH range of 5-8.
The target segment for the vertical and horizontal multistage pump would depend on the specific application and industry requirements. However, based on the features and capabilities of the Adelino series of vertical and horizontal multistage pumps, the target segments could include:
- Water Treatment and Distribution – Municipal and industrial water treatment and distribution plants, wastewater treatment plants, and desalination plants.
- Agriculture – Irrigation, livestock watering, and greenhouse farming.
- Building Services – High-rise buildings, hotels, and commercial complexes requiring water supply and pressure boosting.
- Chemical and Petrochemical – Chemical and petrochemical plants require reliable and efficient pumps for process and cooling water.
- Mining and Mineral Processing – Mines and mineral processing plants requiring to require the transportation of slurries, tailings, and other mining liquids.
- Oil and Gas – Oil and gas refineries and processing plants require pumps for hydrocarbon processing and transportation.
- Power Generation – Power plants require pumps requiring water, boiler feed, and other power generation applications.
