Designation: Area Sales Manager
- Location - Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Kolkata
Products- Swimming pool components and projects
We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day work. The assistant sales manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
To be successful as an assistant sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional sales skills and self-motivation to align your vision with the company’s vision. Ultimately, a top-performing assistant sales manager should be able to always achieve excellent customer service.
Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Monitoring the self-performance in assigned regions.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Extensive travel in all southern regions.
Area Sales Manager Requirements:
Minimum Qualification – Mechanical Engineer degree or Diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
Minimum 2- 3 Years of experience and max 4-5 years in swimming pool products.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Language preference – English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil
